BWS Bids & Proposals

There are two ways to view and access procurement notifications for the Board of Water Supply, through the Hawaii eProcurement System (HePS) and through the BWS website. 

Hawaii eProcurement System (HePS)
Notices for competitive sealed bids & proposals for goods, services, & construction are now available through HePS.

BWS Procurement Portal
Notices for professional services & sole source/exemption contracts are posted on the BWS portal. Users may also search & view BWS notices posted since October 2016. Scroll for more information.

How to View

Users must have an online account in order to view bid details and to download any materials from the BWS Procurement Portal. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to register when you click on the "View Details" link for a given project.
