The Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) is Requesting Information for a Granular Activated Carbon Reactivation Facility

BWS is requesting interest and information regarding designing, building, operating, and maintaining a GAC reactivation facility on Oahu. The Contractor will be responsible for reactivating a minimum of one million pounds of spent GAC per year. Please refer to the appendix for general site information regarding the potential locations for a GAC reactivation facility.
