MARCH 27, 2026, 4:30 PM – BWS is here to support customers affected by the Kona low storms and flooding. In-person and online customer assistance is now available.

  • Waialua Community Action Center
    Starting Thursday, March 26, 2026, this community-driven, City-supported effort will provide residents with access to in-person assistance, resources, and information from City agencies and community partners. BWS personnel will be available daily to assist you.

    • Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily

Leeward Coast – Water Conservation Notice Remains in Effect Until Further Notice


MARCH 25, 2026, 1:00 PM – Electrical outages caused by the storm have impacted the BWS’s water system serving the Leeward Coast community, from Honokai Hale to Mākaha. BWS continues to urge all area residents to use water for essential purposes only – drinking, cooking, and personal hygiene until further notice. See news releases.


North Shore – Boil Water Notice Lifted


MARCH 25, 2026, 3:00 PM – BWS lifted the boil water notice for the North Shore, first for areas from Pūpūkea Road to Turtle Bay as of 4:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026, and then for areas from Pūpūkea Road to Waialua at 68-431 Farrington Highway as of 3:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026. See news releases.
