Possible Disruption of Water Service on Sand Island after the Bridge
BWS customers are advised that a possible disruption of water service in the above-mentioned area is scheduled for Friday, July 21, 2023, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. The possible outage is necessary to allow the contractor to complete the tie-in for a new 16-inch water line as part of the Kapalama Container Terminal Wharf and Dredging Project. BWS customers may experience low water pressures or flows, or even a complete shut-down of service, and should plan accordingly. Please pardon any inconvenience this possible disruption of water service may cause as Kiewit improves the infrastructure in the area.
