Water Main Renewal and Replacement
The Board of Water Supply systematically replaces and upgrades the underground water infrastructure to proactively reduce the frequency of main breaks, improve fire protection, and ensure system reliability. Kalama Valley Water System Improvements
RMY Construction, Inc., will be conducting water system improvements in Kalama Valley.

Service Lateral Replacement in Hawaiʻi Kai
The Board of Water Supply is designing a service lateral replacement project in the following areas of Hawaiʻi Kai: ʻĀinahou Street, Kūkuaū Place, Kaiolohia Place, and Kaiolohia Way.

Kalāwahine Reservoir Terminated
On November 17, 2022, BWS Manager and Chief Engineer, Ernest Y.W. Lau terminated the Kalāwahine Reservoir Project slated to be built off of Kapahu St in Papakōlea, Honolulu, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.
