Red Hill Document Archive (2010-2025)
This document archive contains documents related to the Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) signed by the U.S. Navy, Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the Hawaii Department of Health in September 2015. The Board of Water Supply participates in this effort as a subject matter expert and has made available this searchable online archive of several hundred documents pertaining to leaks at the facility, including inspection reports, groundwater monitoring reports, and the AOC.
