Closures & Holidays
The lobby of the Public Service Building is open from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The Board of Water Supply's Hālawa Xeriscape Garden is open to the public on Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm. Please see the following list for observed BWS office holidays and dates where the Hālawa Xeriscape Garden will be closed.
