HONOLULU – As a Board of Water Supply (BWS) residential customer, you can pay your water bill anytime anywhere, using our 24/7 pay-by-phone service. So, whether you are at home or on the go, you can call the BWS to make a payment. It’s fast, easy, and secure.
All you need is your service account number and a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. To use the service call (808) 204-4234, follow the easy prompts, and just like that, you’re done! It’s that simple.
*Please note: BWS only accepts credit card payments for single-family residential accounts and does not charge a card processing fee.
