PUBLIC MEETINGS
Stakeholder Advisory Group
The Stakeholder Advisory Group for the Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, currently meets in person on a quarterly basis. As needed, additional virtual meetings will be scheduled. Meetings are open to the public, with time made available for public comment.
Meeting agendas are posted online a week in advance, with additional materials posted in the days following the meeting. Meeting notes are posted after they have been accepted during the next meeting.

Public Comment
The window to submit public comment will begin when the meeting notice and agenda have been posted. All comments submitted in writing or in person for use in the meeting process is public information.
How to Submit Comments
- Advance Written Comments
- Mail or email contactus@hbws.org no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
- In-Person Comments
- Pre-register by calling (808) 748-5041 or emailing contactus@hbws.org or see staff at the check-in table.
- In-person comment must be presented by the registered speaker only, is limited to two (2) minutes for the first item, and should also be submitted in written form.

- To request special assistance to review and/or inspect a meeting notice, agenda, materials, or notes, call (808) 748-5041 or email your detailed request to contactus@hbws.org.
- To request special assistance, auxiliary aid and/or service in order to participate in a meeting (e.g. sign language interpreter; interpreter for language other than English, or wheelchair accessibility), call (808) 748-5041 or email your request to contactus@hbws.org at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting date.
