Start Water Service:

Need to start a new service account with BWS? Have the service address, phone number, and the date you would like the water service to start.

If you wish to request a Payment Arrangement for your water and sewer bill, use one of these request forms

Stop Water Service:

If you are terminating water service in your name, please be aware that all water and sewer charges will continue to be your responsibility until the BWS is notified. We will accept the date of your call or a future date as the service termination date.
