Table Tent Card Request Form
"Water will be served on request" restaurant tent cards are available from the Board of Water Supply.
As part of our mission of conserving Oʻahuʻs precious water resources, BWS offers these restaurant table tents with a conservation message in English on one side, and your choice of Japanese, Chinese, Korean or ʻOlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian) on the other. These are available at no charge, while quantities last, for pick up. Please provide your contact information and indicate the desired quantity per language.
For languages not represented, please indicate the language on the form and someone from the BWS Communications Office will contact you. You may be asked to help write an appropriate message in the requested language.
