Jeffrey Laupola

Jeffrey Laupola was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply in October 2025. Board and raised on Oahu, Laupola graduated from Punahou School before attending the United States Naval Academy.

Following 11 years of military service, Laupola worked at Goldman Sachs in New York City before returning to Hawaii. He currently serves as the Lead, Indo-Pacific Command for Onebrief Inc., in Honolulu. Laupola's community service includes serving as a board member for Housing Hawaii's Future and as a Blue and Gold Officer for U.S. Naval Academy admissions. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the Naval Academy, Laupola holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
